A champion for women in leadership, Kailei Carr is the CEO of The Asbury Group and the director of Information Technology Senior Management Forum’s (ITSMF) EMERGE Academy, a leadership program designed for women of color in IT. Having spent over 15 years working for and with some of the world’s most recognizable companies and brands, she now advises the executives behind such brands, propelling them toward greater impact and influence, both online and in the office. Her work in personal branding, executive presence and leadership development has helped high-potential women thrive and advance to the C-suite.
Kailei holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Emory University. When she’s not coaching leaders or speaking at conferences and corporations, Kailei can be found hosting her podcast, Beyond the Business Suit, where she’s interviewed powerful women in business, best-selling authors and industry experts. Kailei’s advice to female leaders has also been featured in numerous publications including Forbes, Fortune and Monster.com.
