2025 blackcomputeHER.org Conference
Dates: April 4 - 6, 2025
Location: Downtown Atlanta, GA
Georgia State University
Conference Theme & Agenda: It's All About YOU!
With this year's theme, we are focusing on ways to get (and keep) what you need -- technical skills, professional development & resources, social capital -- to thrive as a tech professional. You do a lot to survive in your career. We want to help you thrive, and we want to give you what you need to connect with the people and resources that will help you succeed. That's why we're here.
Are you looking for community connection? Do you need to learn how to invest in your own social capital for professional growth? Or, are you looking for confirmation -- and validation -- that you are not alone? So much is happening around us that we cannot control. Your future, your success, and your development ARE in your control, and, again, that's why we're here.
Our speakers include academic scholars, non-profit leaders, and tech founders, many local to Atlanta, who will share their expertise through panel conversation and technical presentations. We will also talk about ways to build and nurture your own community (think: personal board of directors) to help you navigate personal and professional growth. There will be many opportunities for you to make connections, grow your network, and get the validation you need to keep going. That's why we're here.
Join us in Atlanta, as we center YOU and your success!
