Jaye Nias, a native of Buffalo, NY currently serves as the Assistant Professor in Computer and Information Sciences Department at Spelman College and as a Data Science Fellow for XSEDE Advanced Computing for Social Change. Dr. Nias serves as the lead researcher in the Brave IDEAS Lab where her research explores various applications of computational methods for promoting cultural diversity and societal inclusion.
