Alana Ward Robinson is a transformative information technology executive with over 30 years of experience increasing value in organizations with breakthrough applications of emerging technologies to support changing business models. Throughout her career, she has built successful business-aligned IT organizations within publicly traded companies, specifically large manufacturers and healthcare (payer) companies. She is recognized for her expertise in developing and gaining consensus, whether that is through implementing technologies that enable bold transformation initiatives, obtaining buy-in from peer leadership on mutual success metrics, or breaking down silos to develop and deliver integrated business process and technology solutions across the enterprise.
Ms. Robinson founded Robinson Group Consulting (RGC) in 2004. The firm specializes in Interim CIO leadership, enterprise-level IT assessment and strategy, risk management and implementation of business process improvement solutions that leverage technology as a tool for digital innovation, strategic decision-making and achieving streamlined operational efficiencies. The RGC client portfolio is diverse and includes clients in global supply chain and logistics, banking, and most recently, a $16B healthcare payer where RGC was engaged to provide
executive oversight for the systems migration of over 2M+ members to a new operating platform.
