What participants and partners get

Replacing a key employee can cost up to twice their salary (SHRM, 2025). Development at the mid-career stage, where attrition among technical women concentrates, is one of the lowest-cost ways to keep them.

Participants leave with:

  • A written plan

A development plan built during the program, with defined goals they take back to their manager

  • A peer cohort

Cross-company peers matched by level and domain, who stay in touch after the program ends

  • Practices that last

Ways of working that hold up in high-interrupt, high-stakes roles

The authentic relationship building is priceless. Thank you!

The breakout sessions throughout the day were amazing.

Verified BCH program participants

Your organization gets:

  • Retention at the inflection point

A targeted, low-cost intervention at the career stage where losing people costs the most.

  • Sustained capability in high-load roles

Leaders who keep decision quality high through on-call weeks, launches and change.

  • A stronger leadership pathway

Participants with sponsors, a plan and a clear picture of what good looks like.

  • External benchmarking

Cross-company peer networks no internal program can build on its own.
